Would you delete a guy’s contacts if he is being flaky?

Me and this guy had met off bumble and went out once. Although that meeting was nice and we spoke from time to time while he was away for education, I was disappointed with the way he was when he was back in town. We had agreed to meet a weekend, but then he said his family made plans and requested meeting in the evening or on Sunday. He never followed up with that though and I told him we can just postpone it for another time giving him benefit of the doubt. We just talked a few times after that, but he never brought up wanting to meet again. It has been a few weeks already. I feel like he’s either already hooking up with somebody else or he’s busy with family and not wanting to make time. Should I remove him off Instagram and delete his number? I don’t really see the point in confronting him or pursuing this any further

I dont know , why bother deleting him? Just leave him there for a bit , see how it plays out , not really a big deal to leave him there , who knows what is going on.
