If you deleted a guy on Facebook and he doesn't' care would you reach out to him?

He doesn't seem to care as in he clearly never saw me as more than a friend/acquaintance from high school

Why? You said yourself he doesn't care that you deleted him: reaching out to him would serve no purpose and only make you more upset.

Not to sound mean, but he obviously just saw you as an acquaintance: plus you said you knew him from high school? People change. Feelings change. He's probably matured and moved on with his life. I have "friends" on facebook from high school and ask me how often to talk to them? Never. They're just there. And I guarantee if I deleted them right now, they wouldn't even notice or care.

In other words, don't stress over it.
Now if you liked him as more than a friend, you should have reached out to him more or attempted to message him before deleting him. Doing so now just seems weird and as I said earlier, serves no purpose.
