My crush broke my heart, why are people so bad?

I have a crush and decided to confess my feelings for him. I didn't expect him to say "OMG Izzy!! I've been in love with you this whole time!!" ofc but I thought maybe he would like me in time, but he looked at me and said "you can't even scratch the middle of your back because you're fat and you thought I'd love you?" my heart was so broken that I went to the wc and cried then i wondered if i could really scratch the middle of my back and tried it and realized that really had a hard time scratching some parts of my back which made me cry even more.. My day couldn't have been worse.. Why did he want to break me?

You can use that as motivation to get healthy. Go exercise and diet... CORRECTLY. Then let him see what he lost out on. Turn it around on him. Be better than him.
