I would be honest with her and tell her that you will always want to be more than just freinds. So, if she is truly not wanting to explore that with you, on an emotional level the freind thing will not work for you.

Because you know on a friendship level, she is 100% compatible with you. The fact that she wants to hang out as freinds is prove of that for her. The fact that she does not want to explore it any further than as just freinds, makes you feel inadequate. You would rather not subject yourself to the torment of being with a woman you can never be with in the way you want to be.

Most woman would never give away sex for free. It makes them feel cheap and used.

Same is true for men, when they give away their friendship to woman without romance, they start to feel cheap and used.

Because the woman gets everything, they want out of the friendship without sex, and the man doesn't ever get what he wants. And the man does not just want sex, but he wants the romantic and emotional commitment that comes with a physical relationship that she is not offering or that to him.

So, he starts to feel used, on some level I think woman know this.

Nope. If I asked her out then the dynamic has changed. This is what a lot of women don't get. The vast majority of guys do not ask women out that have not signaled to the man they want him to ask her out. And if the woman has signaled that interest it has happened for one of two reasons. 1. Either the woman wants her ego stroked by enticing the man, knowing full well she's going to reject him once he does. Or 2. She socially inept and doesn't understand how communicate platonic feelings vs. romantic feelings. Under either instance the guys should not remain friends with her. She'll always be a problem.
