I'll get it out of the way, he is a coworker. Also older. I'm 25 and he is 40. We're both on the quiet side and we've talked time to time. Mostly small talk and us being playful mean to each other. I'll like to get to know him, but not during work time. I don't know if I should take it slow and see if I like him as a person over. Or if I should just ask him out now.
