How can I be more approachable?

I have been told guys want to talk to me but are too scared to. What can I do to make myself more approachable?

Smile at them. Cross the room to greet them or talk to them. Break the touch barrier - put your hand on their arm or shoulder. Clearly give him extra attention. Be physically close - sit next to him, etc. Hug him hello and goodbye, and DON'T do that with anyone else. Mention that you don't currently have a boyfriend.

Ditch the earbuds/headphones. Leave your phone in your pocket. Remove yourself from any groups. Give him a certain amount of distance from other people so that he doesn't have an audience. Be present in your surroundings. Notice the guys around you and acknowledge their existence. Smile at them.
