Do women always go to court to get child support out of a guy or do they typically work something out on their own?

Like say the guy and girl work out something in a civil manner vs going to court. Like if the baby needs formula, food, clothes etc.

If the guy signs the birth certificate, the hall of records submits it to the job and family service department (welfare) and they may send documents in the mail, asking the female if she wants to file for child support, however, if she decides not to file, then it will be between the guy and the girl.

Even if the girl files, a lot of times whatever amount of money is taken out of the guy's paycheck, the state he's living in receives a portion for taxes, so really, they female doesn't get the whole amount.

A lot of people don't know about this though. It gets taxed just like anything else. Every state is different though, but that's typically how it works.

They typically try to take the man to court, statistically speaking.

It happens sometimes, but divorce court and family court give women far more power than men, and more often than not they take full advantage of that.
