My boyfriend says he just wants to sleep in his own bed and go to bed early tonight so he doesn’t want me to sleep over, is he seeing someone else?

We go on dates, hang out and usually have sleep overs about 2-3 nights a week. Tonight we are going out on a date but he basically said he still wants to go on our date but that he is calling it a night early because he needs a good night sleep tonight… is this weird behavior for a boyfriend? Like me sleeping over can’t effect his sleep that much can it? Is he having another girl over?
