Your question seems quite difficult to understand. However, as per my understanding, i am trying to provide opinion.
While having a date, there is possibility that actions (which is called as body language) can be different from what he/she is talking (words).
Sometimes person can not express his/her emotions through talk but you can judge it through his/her body languages.
So answer to your question is no. It is not called mixed signal.
Mixed signal is something like person is changing words / body language intermittently. So in this case, it is called mixed signal that there is least possibility that he / she is falling into love with you.
