Why don't people who hate the opposite sex not choose to date the same sex or just stay single/celibate?

I see so many men and women bitch about how people of the opposite sex are cheaters, liars, etc.

I am sick and tired of seeing so much misogyny and misandry.

If people of the opposite sex are that horible then either stay single/celibate or date your gender. You are free to date or be engaged in same sex relationships. At least people of your gender are not horrible, right?

It's no about what Sex You Are it's about hate they hate themselves so they blame others and they have to hate others to make themselves feel better it's all about the hate it's how they were brought up it's who they think they are and they're not willing to take a look at it or change so they hate it's easier in life the reason why they are bad people is because it's easy you don't have to do anything just be bad to be a good person to be a happy person it takes work everyday you have to work on yourself every single day and it's hard sometimes people don't like that they'd rather take the easy way so they hate it's their loss in the long run it's a wasted life but it's their choice

bad behaviors aren't exactly the issue here. it's the enablers of such bad behaviors that are worse because they allow those bad behaviors to fester

for example if a woman cheats, then she cheats and there's nothing that can be done about it. however when the excuses roll in from her defenders and the man is labeled a scumbag or control freak for dumping her, this is where the problem lies

I have often wondered this myself. Some people really seem to hate the opposite sex, yet they still deep know its bull shit right? They bash on men and woman, but they aren't gay... and they seem to be disappointed in every man or woman they find.

I actively choose to not really involve myself in dating because most modern western women are not really worth the time and energy for me. I've also had way too many really awful experiences in my life to really push hard for a relationship, and I've been single for so long that I'm not sure if being in a relationship would be the best thing for me. It means fewer attachments and other things that people in relationships have to deal with.

Western women also tend to treat men like absolute shit, and I won't tolerate being with someone who treats me that way, as I'm also a real person with emotions, just like women.

I believe we are biologically wired to who we want to have sex with. I doubt we can just choose to be gay, be straight, or not be bi. It's natural to still crave a good intimate time, no matter how bitter you are. Loneliness can be a dull ache that most can't stand so they try anyway.

In any case, people who genuinely hate the opposite sex are immature or narcissistic, and probably either don't know what they want, or expect a perfect little slave that will be whatever they want anyway.

It's insane to stereotype an entire gender. Why do people like that care what other people do? It's not like you are dating every man or woman. All you have to do is find one that you get along with. And if you can't find anyone, maybe YOU'RE the problem. In that case, enjoy being celibate.

The thing is, both genders have cheaters. If you hate one gender for it, you may as well hate the other gender for it too. (Or neither, of course.) I feel this problem often comes from assuming everyone of a gender is exactly the same. (“This guy cheated, therefore all guys are cheaters”, etc.)
