Pedo is for children I think but underage is just perverted, if you are 14 and he is 16 then that is totally fine, both underage , he's a bit older, you are a bit younger, it's all seems healthy so no, it's not considered pedo and it's not considered weird or perverted either, it's a good age for both to be together.

But when you are 18 and he is 16 then your still not a pedo because its a perfectly acceptable age difference

That's not even remotely pedo. The definition of pedophile is someone who has a sexual need (not just attraction) to pre-pubescent children. That's not that boy. And a two year gap is nothing. And attraction between you two is fine.
