He didn't ask me out, but said "yes" to my invitation?

This man and I are friends... there are some feelings from both sides, but he hasn't asked me out except for lunch. We have made out a few times though.

I asked him out for a trip and he made a pause thinking. He said "I will tell you if you tell me the destination"... then he said "yes".

Am I clingy or he isn't that interested?
