Busy people don't like to be distracted by people who make demands on their time. If you want to hit on a girl, go some place where the lady is in a leisure mode and not in a busy busy mode. I had one guy ask for my instagram when I was waiting for a bus and sometimes the wait is 20 minutes or longer so that is a period in time where I don't mind being distracted. I had another guy talk to me when I was at a Tim Hortons restaurant and grabbing tissue for my food. People who are eating and drinking coffee are less likely to get angry at you if you approach them to start a conversation cause they are there to relax and talk.
