I texted but no response, should I call?

I met a woman and she said I could take down her number after I told her she was very pretty. I texted her next day & said “it was really nice to meeting you yesterday.” No response. What do you all think about this?

NO. You texted her but she hasn't responded (yet). Either she's not as interested as she seemed to be, or she's busy.

Calling her seems... clingy? Especially if she's not replying to texts. I would give her another 24 hours or so. If she doesn't reply? Leave her alone. Either she will reach out to you, or not. If the latter, I would say she hasn't spoken in 3-4 days? I'd move on

I understand you’re eager but please refrain from calling someone you don’t know out of the blue. It’s possible that she’s just busy, it is the weekend, she could have kids, family or whatever. Give her an opportunity to respond, of she doesn’t then text her again tomorrow. However if she doesn’t reply to that then it’s safe to say she gave you her number just being nice. That is if it’s even her number and not a burner😩
