I gave a guy my number and he hasn't reached out yet, should I stop waiting for a text?

I went out for drinks with a friend a few days ago, and I thought the waiter was cute, we chatted for a bit and at the end of the night I gave him my number. It's been 3 days and he has not reached out yet. Should I keep waiting or is it a lost case?

Well you can't really think of it as anything except for you gave him your number I mean did you ask him if he has a girlfriend or anything I think that's cool that you did that because it takes a lot to do that and I think it's very cool thing I would just let each day go by not worry about it and if it happens it happens if it doesn't it doesn't but don't keep yourself tied down and I don't think that you will because I love that personality that would hand somebody a phone number that's cool I think pass it on this way LOL

Don’t ever wait for a text back, go about living your life and if he reaches out then cool but if not, whatever. You’ll most likely never see him again if you can help it. Here’s the thing, you took a risk by giving him your number without knowing his background and if he’s even available for one reason or another. Him not reaching out could be because he’s already seeing someone, didn’t find you mutually attractive or maybe he isn’t looking for a girlfriend in general. Any of these outcomes are 100% completely fine! It happens, just move on for now girl.
