Basically whatever your two days off are a week.
I love my sleep. Weekdays 10:30ish up 5:30ish.
weekend - same…up 7:30ish…so I make up more sleep on weekends.
there were times I had to get up to go to the bathroom…around 2/3am. I don’t like that. Whenever my sleep is interrupted, it gets me really tired the next day. So I do anythng to aviod.
Being able to sleep is a luxury.
I am teaching my daughter who have some anxiety to learn to let go of anythng to get rest up. She is able to do that now…. but it’s a lot of effort to love and support her.
Let go and get the rest your body needs coach.
Well, I get a three day weekend 😁 it all depends what time I got up in the morning how late I stay up. Sometimes I fall asleep early but then I’m up in the middle of the night (like now as it’s 3:3:0am)
I'm more of any early riser. In bed last night by 11 PM, up this morning a 5 AM. Yesterday,(Friday night), in bed by 10 PM and up a 3:30 AM.
I am cutting some wood at a neighbor's house this weekend, so I am pretty tired the last couple of days. Went for a paddle last night before bed.
There's never any rhyme or reason to when I'll be asleep or awake.
I've been like that my whole life.
When I retired 14 years ago, it got even crazier than it had been the previous 50 years.

10-12. I don't sleep much but I get up early to run most days.
Usually 11:30 pm to midnight but sometimes I'm up until 1 am.
The amount of sleep one needs can vary from person to person, but generally, it's recommended for adults to aim for 7-9 hours of sleep per night for optimal health and well-being. While it's tempting to stay up late on the weekends, it's important to maintain a consistent sleep schedule to support your overall sleep quality and maintain a healthy sleep routine.
If you stay up significantly later on the weekends compared to your regular sleep schedule during the weekdays, it can disrupt your body's natural sleep-wake cycle, leading to difficulties in falling asleep and waking up on Monday and potentially causing fatigue or sleep deprivation.
It's generally advised to try to maintain a consistent sleep schedule throughout the week, including the weekends. This means going to bed and waking up at similar times each day, allowing your body to establish a regular sleep pattern and promote better overall sleep quality.
If you find it necessary to deviate slightly from your regular sleep schedule on the weekends, it's generally recommended to limit the difference to no more than an hour or two to minimize disruptions to your sleep routine.
Ultimately, finding the right balance between enjoying your weekends and getting sufficient rest is important for your overall well-being. It's worth experimenting with different sleep schedules and listening to your body to determine the amount of sleep that leaves you feeling refreshed and energized.
My two days, i'm up until...12-1ish? Back when i was at my hometown, i stayed up until 3:30ish. Mainly playing with my husband or playing by myself on overwatch. And our computer (main home computer) is now broken? (from what my mom has told me?) I used to be on that thing doing work until...2-3 in the morning. But with my laptop... that's no longer a problem. I be trying ot get to sleep early to do stuff.
We get one day off here, Sundays. I don’t stay up late on Saturday nights. My hair wash day is on Saturday, so I wash my hair and sleep like a baby. I go to bed at around 11pm and wake up at 9am. However, on week days, I go to bed at around 2am-3am.
I am up late every night. Insomnia.
Me too
My natural body clock is late , but it does vary , and here its hot so its always minimum of 2 showers a day , one before you sleep , so if we are headed out it might be 2am - 3am , if staying in it will generally ( every night ) be around midnight.
Weekend makes little difference , every day is same to me.
I just usually play on the PS5, keeps my mind active 😊😊
It varies. I just graduated high school and on Saturdays I usually slept in to around 9 or 10. I have a summer job now and have to get up earlier. I do like to go for an early morning run however.
Not much different than on a weekday, 11pm… there are exceptions if I’m doing something or away.. sometimes it could stretch as late as 2am
On weeknights I’m usually in bed between 12am and 1am, on weekends usually between 1am and 2am.
Have to get to bed by 1 am on Friday night to get enough sleep to handle the Food Pantry on Saturday morning. Then a nap to rest my feet after 2-3 hours of running around with food.
My schedule allows me and my girlfriend only have some quality time on weekends so we try to make the most of it. I think we usually sleep after 3 then.
9 we are old people who try to actually get sleep
My normal bed time is mid-town 1am, unless I have to get up early.
Then it is around 9 to 10pm.
Unless I am working a concert or am out and about I'm in bed by 11:00. Kind of funny, concidering how nocturnal I used to be.
Work or not, i’m usually up anywhere between 1a-3a even if i have to wake at 8
9/10pm same as the week. I get up between 3-4 every day regardless of weekday/weekend.
It really depends on what I do during the day. If I don't exhaust myself I'll stay up until 2 or 3 am. During the week I'll go to sleep between 12:30 and 1:30.
LOL. In my single days, 1 or 2am. Married with kids? Like 10pm.
I haven't had a "bedtime" for the past 2 years. So, the weekend is same as the weekday. But I try to kind of get to sleep by midnight because I do like to wake up before the stock market opens to do some early research.
Hmmm, sometimes 1 am or later. Depends on how tired I am.
If we count 3 nights (Fri, Sat & Sun), at least 1 night, i stay up till 3-4am to have some me time on the computer. The other 2 on average till 1am.
I go to bed between midnight & 1:00am every night. Maybe 2:00am some weekends depending what's going on.
I go to sleep around 11 and lay in bed and fall asleep one hour later as latest. Sometimes earlier.
Been going to bed at sunrise for most of the past 25 years. I'm like a real life vampire, except I don't dress funny or live off of blood in the middle of the night. Just Jumbo Jacks from Jack In The Box.
I generally go to bed sooner because I work the grave shift. I usually go out to socialize on Saturday and go home early because I hate drunk people and go to sleep. On Sunday it's kind of hard to find anything going on.
I often lose the lines between sleep and reality.
The same time I go to bed EVERY day of the week. 4:30 AM
Weekends are for partying so I’ll say between 6am and 3am
I have more than two days off a week but I still go to bed around 9-10PM regardless.
I like 12 midnight to 8:00 morning
Lately I’ve been staying up till 3-4am every night. I don't know why, just can’t sleep
Used to be around 1am but now lately around 10:30.
Very late since I don’t have to get up early, so sometimes one or 2 o’clock in the morning
