Should I tell him that I like him?

I like a boy but he says he doesn't want to fall in love or that he wants a girlfriend. Should he confess to me?

Nope! Don't do it!!! Don't be that person; I promise you'll wind up disappointed. Most people say that because: a) they've been hurt a lot and over relationships (usually not for long), or b) haven't found the right person yet. The latter means that when he is ready to date, fall in love, and find a girlfriend- that will change.

If he's saying this to you, that's a red flag he does NOT feel that way about you! If he liked you, do you really think he'd be saying he doesn't want a girlfriend? If someone likes you, they'll suddenly be "ready" for a relationship.

If you confess to him, it will just lead to him politely telling you he doesn't feel the same.

He's not ready for a relationship so he's making that clear about himself in that moment.

You can tell him but it can cause confusion and problems if he decides he wants to initiate and does not respect himself in regards to knowing he is not ready to junp into a relationship.

Don't expect anything from telling him if you do.

I don't see a reason to bring it up unless he asks or becomes available.

So its better to just keep to yourself and do not create pressure for him.

Don't do it as straight forward as saying "I like you" or "I have a crush on you". It's nice when a girl is the one taking the initiative, but I do think it should be smooth and less awkward. You should instead just ask him out on a date or send subtle signs you like the guy that he can reciprocate back if he's interested.

you can tell him but didn't he say he didn't want anyone? if he told you that without you mentioning anything then its possible he might already suspect that you like him and he is hinting his disinterest, thata of course if it came out of the blue
