Does anyone else feel like giving up in the dating game even though they know they have a shot?

I kind of already have. I wouldn’t be opposed if something came around, but I’m not actively searching. I’m not the most attractive guy, but I’m decent looking. I take care of myself. I have goals, a career, my own hobbies and I enjoy life. I could probably date and find someone, but watching friends waste their money and go from one to another just isn’t appealing to me. And ultimately, most marriages fail.
