I always had a problem with projecting the correct attitude towards the girl I'm interested in giving them the wrong impression that I'm not interested in her, any advice on how to improve myself? Physical, mentally, verbally?

Usually, I won't have a problem with the girl not interested in me.
It's the girl that is interested in me that I have a problem with.
Ok, I'm a bit strange.

Think you're looking at it the wrong way. You should not need to "project" or put effort into being something just to get a woman. You need to be who you are and if that will attract the kind of women who are into that. Your problem is really that you aren't sure who you are and they can sense that. When you're sure who you are then you have no need to 'project'. Also it could be that you are always chasing the type of women who would never be into your type of guy.
You could be the hottest guy on earth but if you approach the wrong women or in the wrong way you would never get anywhere. Some guys don't understand this.
How to improve yourself? Check out my mytakes if you want to be a traditional type guy. But generally speaking, you focus on building yourself and your life in ways you find valuable/constructive & WITHOUT thinking of it as a way to get women.
Have you accomplished any major life goals? Do you have major life goals? Have you acquired any major asset (s)/resources? Or are you essentially living the same life that a 20 year old fast food worker would have?
Far as your update... again, when you know who you are it is easier to know what you want in others. Your problems will solve themselves if you deal with yourself first.
You're 35-45 and don't know how to emotionally regulate or how to read social cues?
You need a therapist at the least.
You mean I have a mental problem?
Really there's no tactics or game. Just be yourself and remember if you really want to improve who you are, it's going to be a lot of dedication and patience.
