Do not hang out with "sometimey" people, my mom told me. Hang with people who are straight shooters.

He messages you because he knows you'll allow it. DON'T. If you've broken up, stay the course. Life may be boring for awhile. Live through it. You'll heal and be ready for someone better for you.

Go for walks when you feel bored. Read a book. Watch a movie. Take a bike ride, go for a drive, call a friend.

And if you're still struggling, find a therapist. You'll never move on if you keep allowing him to USE YOU, which is what he's doing. And you're allowing it. Good luck.
