The simplest advice I can give you comes in two parts.

1. Women fear rejection and being judged more than anything. If they get a vibe from you that you are "stuck up" or think you are above being a man whore, then naturally they will pretend to be nuns around you.

2. Also, there's women who look hot and aren't looking for man whores but guess what, they are also hard to find and usually in a REALLY long term relationship since they're highly valued. I think if you're smart you'll look for that tho. And finding and getting that means making sure you're the best kind of guy who deserves that. Cause she will have standards and not just accept you because you wish it.

Anyhow, decide if you want fun or serious something with a woman who can be loyal. These women may look similar but they're very. very different.

Sadly, it starts with mindset and yours is already in a state of inadequacy. Does the guy who is a little arrogant and doesn't need the woman often attract women who are insecure but are smoking hot? Yes. Do you want a long-term relationship based on that? No. If you want to get out and have some fun and can be a little bit arrogant and not care that you're taking advantage of some insecure, smoking hot women, then when you're around them, act like you couldn't care less and even tell one of their friends that they aren't that attractive and one of them will throw themselves at you.
