Are people with Asperger’s destined to only have people in their life for short periods of time?

Like I was reflecting on this at work today and was thinking that people seem to be only in my life for a little then they are gone I never have a permanent. Even at the saddest level a new fur friend that I got 2 years ago a very energetic Siberian husky as much as he loves me he will only be in my life for 12 years

I know people who have loving friends and family that have health problems and very poor children who aren’t able to maintain a marriage. Nobody’s life is perfect, but when your life is disappointing to you, know there are many who wish they had what you do. I’m not saying your pain isn’t worth acknowledging, I’m saying, your life is better then you realize, and you don’t have to fixate too much on the bad. This isn’t to shame you, it’s to boost your mood.

No I can say with almost certainty no one would want to live what I go through it’s basically solitary confinement without the cell

If they don’t do anything to manage and temper it, then yes probably.
