I am not much of a chess player but if chess was my game of choice and she was into chess as well then yes it would be a turn on knowing her and I have something in common , usually finding someone that has a lot in common with you is the best way to go because you have more to share with each other , yes opposites attract as well but those type of relationships don’t really last for the long haul when both people realize they don’t have much in common so it’s a slimmer chance of that relationship surviving , I love girls ‘ that have a lot in common with me that love to do the things I enjoy doing , her and I will have a blast together if we share a lot of the same interests , when I meet a girl like that I will try to keep her by my side as much as possible

Definitely. I play chess too among other hobbies so it would be awesome to share interests/hobbies with a girlfriend/wife. But even hobbies that I don't participate in I would find attractive because it shows she has a personality and I get to see her express her creativity or wit.
