my reason for that is that i get shy and nervous around women. There was a girl who noticed that i get nervous around her (i had a crush on her) and she asked me why. I didn't have the guts to tell her. But i think she knew because after that she started showing interest in me, but again, i had no guts to pursue further.

It's an indication that something is wrong with you so in case of doubt a woman will pass. Some have more patience in matters of love and you should find one of those. One showed some interest in you already. There you need better follow-up.

I haven't ever asked any woman out. Tge most i did was confess my feelings to a girl. She said that she was interested back then but she has a boyfriend now. Then she told me it is frustrating that it took me that long (10 months) to make a move back on her. Besides that, i get always awkward and nervous around girls.
