Help how should I proceed? what should I do?

So I really want a boyfriend. I haven’t dated in a couple years and tbh when I do date it turns out badly. I pretty much have little no experience and I’m bad at it and I never know what to say. Anyway I’m on a dating app. I haven’t really seen anyone that caught my eye. Then a couple months ago I saw a really cute guy. And what stuck out the most to me were his eyes like the most beautiful I have ever see. He lives in my town and is two years older than me. I messaged him and sent him a like. Well he never responded but he’s hasn’t been active since before I sent the message in May. So today my impatient self probably messed up. I with only his first name went through hundreds of facebook profiles and finally found him and sent him a friend request. I know now I probably shouldn’t have done that and I may have ruined my chances. Anyway I’m not sure what to do. If I should message him on Facebook or just sit back and wait for him to respond on either account. I’m not sure what to do and I really don’t wanna risk messing this up further. So please help. I’m afraid he’s gonna ghost me like every other guy. What should I do?

Several things here.

First, sorry this isn't working the way you wanted.

Next, don't message anymore: he has already given you an answer by not responding. More messages aren't going to help.

Then, he didn't ghost you. You were never connected and hadn't communicated so there's no one for him to ghost.

Finally, it's been two months. That's an eternity. It's not happening.

Well it wasn’t he didn’t respond. He actually hasn’t been active on the site. See I sent the message on May 29th but he hasn’t been active since May 6th. So he hasn’t actually seen it. Plus all I did was send him a friend request on Facebook so technically he has no idea I have sent him anything or am interested in anything. That’s why I asked if I should sent him a message on Facebook or not. I promise I’m not that desperate or impatient lol. I just didn’t know what I should do.

But, I'd wait to send him anything else. I think a message might be too much.

Just be patient and wait for him to respond if he doesn't then he's not the one for you
