So I was shortly dating a co worker of mine for like 3 months. Then all of sudden she backed off and said she'd rather just be friends. Her excuse was due to a prior work relationship not working out. I truly don't believe this since one of her friends told me he was ok with a work relationship.
I feel like she backed off since I was playing it slow since we worked together and didn't really put in full effort as I could have. It's been months since the. and we still texted pretty often.
As of recent I've noticed a change in her responses to text and being more open about our conversations. We also hung out a few times as we went hiking and watched a baseball game together. I still have feelings for her and would like to say something and offer her to dinner. Would it be a good idea to express my feelings for her or should I not push our relationship and kinda just go with the flow and let her initiate?

Once you’re in the friendzone you can almost never get out. Particularly because you work together, it’s probably best not to pursue her and hope she changes her mind. You can continue to be friends with her if you don’t mind just being friends, but I wouldn’t wait around for her to change her mind.
You're not in the friendzone.
You're just a friend, and that's all.
It's possible she changes her mind, but for your own sake, just move on to someone who isn't so traumatized by her previous relationships.
We expressed feelings for each other in the past. She did agree to have dinner with me and I have co workers who know about our situation telling me that she wouldn't spend all this one on one time with me recently if she doesn't want to see me. I figure I just ask her one more time and see what she says.
She is nice and doesn't want you
