Is it a red flag if a guy love bombs me in the beginning and after getting into the relationship he says he is not expressive at all?

Some guys get a little overenthusiastic in the beginning, thinking she's the greatest thing since sliced bread. Then over time they realize she's not that great and the enthusiasm dies. I'm one of guys for sure.
