What does it take to be a marriage material ?

As someone who's never lucky with woman I want to ask on super straight question what do man need to be marriage material?
And am asking as a 27 years old 6'6 man with a proper degree and a stable comfort income , I have my own house , my own small business and even as formal pro athlete I steel have a pretty athletic body? I may not be social enough but as I've been told from the few I friends I have am pretty romantic and seems to spoil my partner a bit , I don't see it as problem but it's all blurry right now? I don't drink, I do not smoke and for how much that makes me look like psychopath but it makes me feel good about myself as I think? I get rejected after 3 years together cuz she wants to take things more slowly? And one time I got rejected by her family cuz I didn't have one? Basically it doesn't seems to go somewhere with me especially when we're talking about marriage 2 years never help 3 years doesn't make it either? So am asking you guys what does it seems to be wrong with me?

So there's a lot that goes into being marriage material. But since we don't know enough details about you to know what you are and are not as far as marriage material goes, I'm just going to speak to you as if you already ARE marriage material:

Being marriage material is NOT enough to get you married to a good person. In addition to being marriage material, you have to make choices that will give you the opportunity to both MEET other marriage material people of the opposite gender and then not scare them off.

I have a very good friend, probably the most wife material girl I have ever known. She turns 27 last year and had never had a boyfriend or anything even close to one. All because she would not make the right choices that would put her in a place where she could even meet men who were eligible to be married to her. Then finally this year she decided to try online dating, just like people have been trying to get her to do for years. Finally has her first boyfriend now and, coming from someone who is pretty pessimistic about relationship matches, it seems like they are doing pretty okay. So yeah being good isn't enough, you have to play your cards right along with it.
