But when ever I ask her on a real date, like dinner and flowers, a real date, she says no. She says she loves me and all that but why wouldn’t she want to go on a real date? I mean she might just not be in the emotional place for a relationship (ex. recovering from relationship trauma etc), love you but for some reason not consider you as a romantic partner, or low key she might just be a bit of a user. It's kind of hard to say. But you're very much friends with benefits right now, and if you want to change that you have to make it clear and do so with the acknowledgement that she may not be on the same page. If she's not on the same page, that probably would, and realistically should, end your current relationship because it's really not healthy to be in that situation.
But also, if you're not in deep with this girl emotionally, you don't have to change anything. It's up to you to determine if you're satisfied with what you two have going on now. If you want more, you'll have to say something because it seems like she's content as is.
