Just a guess here but because you liked him. Just because he ghosted you doesn't mean that YOU didn't have some feelings for him. Maybe you just haven't moved on from the whole thing. Hard to say without the context of the situation. Like did you go out on dates or talk? Sometimes it is hard to forget people that you thought it was going to work with. I bet this was relatively recent. Give it some time. It will pass.
