The first thing I look for is appearance, mannerisms and a seemingly nice personality. If I am not physically attracted, I don't think about dating her. But she also has to seem like a fun person and there has to be a spark of mutual interest.

If we go on a date, I'll assess other things like behavior, personality, common interests, etc.
