He answers the phone but acts weird?

So a guy I hooked up with, he sort of ghosted me. but if I call him. he answers but won't talk and I just hear the background. he's done this several times. like weird af. Why does he do this?

Maybe it's weird AF that you are calling a guy, that you hooked up with and then ghosted you. He obviously doing it to mess with you and must think its entertaining. So, stop calling him, is my advice.
