Is she interested or is she being nice?

So this girl (let’s call her Sarah) and I have been texting every day for the last month or so. Sarah and I went on a date this weekend and I thought it went very well. We have common interests, goals, and more. We laughed a lot, weren’t on our phones once, and everything went well. When we said goodbye to one another, we hugged and kissed (just a quick peck.) When she got home, she texted me saying she had a lot of fun, thanked me and used emojis. I then asked her if she wanted to do something again, which she said yes. I asked if she wanted to do something this upcoming weekend, but said she is busy but is free the following weekend. Good, right? She’s not giving me the run around.

Yesterday, she seemed to be distant in the afternoon and didn’t respond to my text later in the day nor today. She usually texts me every morning, but I have yet to hear anything from her. I’m curious if she agreed to the second date just to be nice? Everything seems like she’s into me. She gave me the next available date she’s fee, she agreed to a second date, and even seemed enthusiastic via text, but now has gone cold.

Am I overthinking things? Or is it possible she’s just being nice to me in an attempt to let me down softly?
