Do you mean that they are the same person or two different people. Not that it really matters because the answer is yes. It is completely normal to have a girlfriend and female best friend. That should not get in the way of anything unless someone has some massive insecurities. I have friends that are very close from each gender and it has never been an issue in any one of my relationships. Friends are friends and everyone is allowed to have them.
