Depends on the context. If you’re talking about being her boss at a company or something, no she shouldn’t be treated differently to the other workers just because of her age. If you’re talking about sexually or relationship-wise, then yes you have to be mindful that she is freshly an adult and probably won’t have as much experience compared to 30 something year olds.

Differently than what? I'm 28 and I view anyone under 21 as a child, but I've always been into older women so that might just be me.
