Yeah. Its basically Photoshop in real life.
The picture however, she still looks good without it though. But the girls who look completely different when wearing makeup is what I'm talking about. I could just say generally make up is false advertising. It's easy to spoil our eyes with something that looks good that isn't reality.
Also I forgot to say the girl in the picture looks cuter without the make up. The make up made her look more like a bad girl in my opinion.
