If you ask someone out and they say no, but later on in life they ask you out what would you say?

If someone is asking in this scenario he or she says no, dates other people and then asks you out.

It would depend how they asked me out. First off women don't typically ask out men, so the fact that she took the initiative does not go unnoticed with me. I give her high marks for that alone. But how did she reject me before? That's going to play a part. Was she dating some other guy I didn't know about but afterwards learned was true? Because we all know how women will say they're dating someone rather then just say no. I guess what I'm saying is was it truly bad timing, or did she consider me not on her level? Because I'm NOT going to date a woman who truly feels that in her heart still. Yes we grow as people. But not everyone does. And some women will reject you then later say (to themselves) "oh alright if you're the best I can do". Why would I want to date that? If that's the way she feels she's just going to dump me when the first "better" option appears (in her eyes).

So I guess what I'm saying is yes I would CONSIDER dating a woman who rejected me. But she needs to understand inflation. You go to the store to buy something and decide not to that's fine. But you can't go back to that same store 20 years later and decide "ok I want to buy it now", and expect to get it for the same price as 20 years ago.

In short my price has gone up. She could have had me easy before. Now she's going to have to earn me. So just asking me might not be enough. This ISN'T about revenge. I know some women are going to read this and think it is. This is about me determining what has changed. Why am I all of a sudden dateable too her and wasn't before. When I asked her out before I was serious. I just want confirmation she's serious now.

I’d say no. If I asked them out in the past and they said no, then I would move on and stop being attracted to them. I don’t chase after someone who doesn’t want me. So asking me out in the present after they’ve rejected me in the past, I wouldn’t be attracted to them anymore and would say no.

I would say no, because it is typical of woman to change tack once their looks fail and they are not doing that to me or most men. Women just want to have a good share of alpha guys or guys based off looks and im not having women thinking they can have their cake and eat it.

A lot of variables. When she said "No" was it because she then had a boyfriend? Was she nice? Was she rude? How long after she said "No." does she ask?
