How do you greet someone you've been talking to online?

When you've been talking to someone online and you finally meet for the first time in person, how do greet them? With a hug , hand shake or you just say hi!!

I "go with the flow." If she's up for a kiss, and I feel attracted, sure, but it's not like one of those tongue probing kisses. If she wants a hug, that's okay. If she wants to shake hands, I'll do that (and I'm secretly hoping that she is one of those Marian The Librarian types who will relax when she gets to know me better.)
