My boyfriend travels for work so he’s away from home Monday to Friday. He often likes to send me nudes because it’s a way he likes to feel connected to me.

Recently I told him that I find his nudes boring and they don’t turn me on/do anything for me because they’re all the same kinda pose and location.

Honestly I was just being honest because he sends them a lot and asks if I liked them when I don’t reply. I don’t reply because I honestly don’t find them hot. If he was more creative and sent different kind of nudes I would. he’s now really upset and says I hurt his feelings but I was just being honest?

not rude, just tough and honest feedback. hurtful possibly due to it could give "you find me ugly/unattractive" vibes, try reassuring him this is not the case. honestly though, you are correct in seeing/experiencing the same thing (even sexually) does get boring and can burn you out on it.

He thinks I should find all his nudes hot regardless because it’s the thought that counts and he’s my boyfriend so he thinks I should love them. I think it was me saying his nudes don’t turn me on made him feel bad
