My boyfriend ex reached out to him romantically, I thinking about breaking up with him. should I worry?

He was with her for three years off and on. She reached out asking how he felt about her. They broke up a year ago He says he doesn’t have feelings. He says he likes me but I don’t trust this. And I’m thinking about breaking this off

Are you thinking of breaking up with him solely because she reached out to him or for some other reason? Did he tell you what she said or did you find out a different way? I honestly think you need to talk to him and express how you feel. You know him better than any of us do. But ultimately trust your gut. She expressed her feelings, but he also doesn’t have to keep talking to her (nor should he)

Being an overthinker is bad and your lack of trust is very bad. Boundaries have to set. Let him know you want to be a part of his next chapters in life and you hope he feels the same about you. If she reached out, she clearly broke things off with him on bad terms and he lost feelings because of what she did or said.
You need to have a talk with your boyfriend and not us. We can’t help you at all
