Am I being unrealistic or should I just break up with him?

I'm in a 3 year relationship. My boyfriend is divorced and his kids 15 and 16 moved 1500 miles away with the mother recently.
So the past 6 months he's been flying every single weekend to see his kids. He flys out every Thursday afternoon or Friday mornings.

He has a very busy business here. but he can come n go as he pleases.
So I've only been seeing him once a week in the evening. I sometimes sleep over. I usually see him for coffee 1 morning a week before work.
He goes to his volunteer meeting one night every 2 or 3 weeks. and Thursdays he sometimes drives over and hour to another business of his. But not always.

He doesn't make effort to see me more often or put something to the side for me. Couldn't he offer me one weekend a month or 2? His kids are teenagers it's not like they need constant attention.

Guys what's up with this?

Break up, this is a relationship of conveniency, you ain’t that important to him and this relationship isn’t a priority.

Don't end things on a whim, but do talk to him about this so he knows how you feel.

Yes. He says he will work on it but he hasn't. He's in another world though because of a bad business deal.
