Let's say, Sam meets Kat, Kat says she likes him but she's seeing another guy/guys too; Kat says she would like to know Sam better.

1) How many dates should Sam wait to be the only person Kat is dating? Let's say Sam and Kat went out for dates at least 4 days but Kat still isn't sure if Sam's the right one and keeps seeing other men. Like how long is a guy supposed to wait?

2) Is it okay for Kat to have sex with other guys on the primary stages of dating with Sam (first 1~5 dates) ? Is it okay for Sam to ask Kat if she's sleeping😴 with other guys?

Is it common? i would say no (at least not with a girl with self-respect) but it does happen quite a bit. The girl needs to be open about it say that she will go out with someone else until and if you became exclusive. Keeping it a secret is the same as cheating in my book, even if you aren't exclusive. I think any person be it guy or girl would talk about it with their dates otherwise keeping it a secret simply shows how immature, dishonest and honestly disrespectful they are. Tell others that you are dating others as well and give them their rightful option to accept that or move on to someone else. That is my opinion, i know i would never do such a thing, if i'm giving a girl, myself or us a chance then i will properly give us a chance, if there are no spark after few dates then you know that your relationship isn't going the way its supposed to go. We break up and stay friends if we can and thats that. For me that is the right thing to do, not go on dates with multiple people cuz honestly that just means i won't give a proper chance to anyone at this point and that is truly disrespectful to them, and it show i'm not even trying to be reliable or faithful for the future

Some women do it like that and it has always been that way. It's difficult for a man to withdraw in such a situation. We are wired to compete.

Still, I would insist that she should make her definitive choice before having sex with any of us. Otherwise I'm out.

How long can it go on? I think the one who gets a third date with her should then be the only one, otherwise it becomes excessive. Having said that, it will be tough to give up on her if she narrows it down to two people and then draws it out even longer.

This has always happened throughout history. Women got to choose their mate out of lots of options. The men have to prove their way to win her over. So it's normal for a woman to date around.

I don’t date now a days as I am taken. I guess I never laid it out that we were exclusive to women but I expected that to be in the first 2 to 4 dates that we were exclusive if we kept dating… and it always seemed to evolve into exclusive dating. I did confirm exclusivity but that was after a while.

Just shown her fantastic dates by taking her to cool places and nice dinners. You can even have a BBQ at the park, just mix it up. Don’t do just standard dates as thats boring. Just be you when you pick the dates, do something that you like that you think she will to.

After a while just let her know you want it to be exclusive. What’s a while? 6 weeks I guess. If she doesn’t want to be then decide of you want yo keep dating her and others or perhaps just riding her.

Virtually every woman I've dated/served in my lifetime has conducted her personal life in this manner -- and most of them made no effort to hide the fact that they were dating other guys during the period in which they were seeing me. This is, potentially very embarrassing, but even more so when she decides to restrict my sexual access exclusively to foot and anal worship, even though I know that the other guy she's dating is enjoying intercourse with her regularly.
