Is it okay to date multiple girls/guys at once?

So as of now, i am in a dying relationship and i feel like i am getting out of it and into the “free world” soon. Now that i think ot it, I did withhold my affectionate feelings for many girls considering that I did have a girl. Now that it’s done, i feel like when i “get out” i may eventually date multiple girls and widen my scope. However, many of my friends warned me against doing so claiming that i wouldn’t manage dating multiple girls and unpleasant effects may arise. So what do you think?

Dating multiple girls/guys is totally fine.

Commit yourself to one girl/guy at a time.

It doesn’t matter as long as you have time for such a venture.

I personally can't for some reason give my attention to more then one girl. I am a bit more traditional and I don't believe in the way dating works today.

Just be sure you’re communicating to the other peeps you’re dating that you’re not doing an exclusive relationship at that moment- I think you’ll be fine though bro

If all involved know about it ans are okay with it, then that's fine.

If you make it clear that you're not exclusive (which I'd assume is the case unless otherwise agreed on), I see no problem with it.
