I'll let you know, I'm 5' 6" with shoes on. I would rate myself an honest 7/10. If I'm just trying to hookup, I go somewhere like a club/bar. You look for women that glance at you, and give you random smiles. That's their invitation to chat. Go talk to them and read their body language to gauge their interest. Then, you have to have the skills to be respectful, but still get your intentions across to them.
