It depends.
If you have the money, risk tolerance and dedication to push through the recovery period it is arguably the surgery that will make the biggest difference in your options. This is assuming you have at least an average tho because if your face is ugly, making yourself taller isn't going to make up for that.

Yes, hightcan be an issue, but as I understand it the most important aspect of hight is that your taller than he girl, preferrableso she can wear heels when going out with you.
