It honestly would depend on the reasoning. If he just isn’t interested then I wouldn’t see that as a red flag, but if he made a huge deal out of it then it would be a red flag. I saw it with my boyfriend and he wasn’t that interested in it but saw it for me. We both ended up really enjoying it and he laughed at a lot of it too.

After about 10 minutes of the Barbie movie my buddy told his wife he'd seen enough and would wait for her in the bar. She told him "sit your ass down!". Yes he saw the whole movie.

As a woman, the only exception for the man I’m interested in seeing this movie would be because he took his daughter! I haven’t seen it but my 7 year old daughter wants to so I’m sure at some point I will.
