Why are some people single for a few months and others single for years?

It doesn't make sense. I'm Attractive, fun and have my life together. Many men find me Attractive but usually I like them and they don't like me enough and vs versa..

How is it others jump right into a new relationship and are never single? How do they meet someone they like and who likes them back... I'm confused 😕

It doesn't make sense. I am bald and have a belly and in the first week after I separated from my exwife of over 25 years 2 women asked my out and a female friend of a friend DMed my on social media. I would get at least a DM a week and I was in no condition to date. This went on for a couple years until I thought I was ready. I've dated models and former models and almost everyone I went out with was way out of my league looks wise. Everyone I dated was half my weight and gorgeous. I was with my first girlfriend after divorce for a year and a half and after we broke up, I had 3 dates with 3 different women the following week without trying. If I'm in a relationship, I don't get any DMs but as soon as I'm single I have options. I made a list of what I wanted in a woman and what I thought the perfect woman was and less than a month later I was dating her and we're now engaged. Can't explain it.

I think because some guys and women have a hard time finding a way to make the other sex see their value. Some people have it easier to be seen by the other sex and they therefore don´t spend much single. There are guys and girls on the other hand that probably would be great partners but they are overlooked because they are not that charismatic, friendly, open or whatever.

Because you aren’t prioritizing dating and/or you prefer quality over quantity. Being too picky or adopting the “it’ll happen when I least expect it” mindset tends to result in hitting mid-life or older and wondering exactly that. Not picking on you, I’m in the same boat myself. Being introverted is dangerous in modern dating.

When a woman remains single for an extended period of times it almost always comes down to one of two reasons

1. She's punching above her weight.

2. She's just really not putting herself out there, not putting forth the effort required to make it happen.

Now all you have to decide is whether you're 1 or 2. If you say neither. You need to understand you're in denial. Work on that and then get back to us. We can't help you if you don't want to help you.

She is too old to give a man kids so no man who wants a family will take her. Divorced men have been raped once already.
