Why did she left me unread on whatsup?

So I had a match with her at satruday, we spoke A LOT on satruday, Sunday, at the night of Monday, when i say a lot i mean it. its like we had a first date on whatsup, she lives far away from me so I told her like "hi we can meet up at Thursday" she said "yes we can", I told her that at Monday, now we didn't talk at Tuesday cuz we both were busy (and not to mention that i always initialize the conversation) so i sent her a message at Wednesday at 18 after work (had a lot of meetings at that daay) i sent her a message with "hi whats up how's been your day?" and she left me on unread till now :|
