I missed his call, what to do? I met this guy three weeks ago.

So I met this guy three weeks ago and he came up to me and introduced himself to me. We talked for a little while and he had made me laugh. We were working an event and he kept flirting with me every time we crossed paths. He made sure that I wasn't leaving to obviously get my number. So towards our last break he pulled me to the side we talked a little bit then he asked me for my number. We had good conversation and because of his persistence he seemed liked he was really interested in me. He only put my number in his phone so I didn't get his but he said that he would call me later that night to make sure I got home. So not knowing what number he would be calling me from that night he still did but at 1:45 am. Since I usually don't get calls at that time it was easy to assume it was him. It was and we talked for about a half hour and he had apologized for calling so late after I mentioned it. I told him that since I was kind of already sleep to call me tomorrow and he said he would and we said goodnight to each other. So since he called me from that number that was the number that I saved under his name in my phone so that I would know. So the next day I received a random number call that I missed. Later on in the day I wondered if it was him or not since I hadn't hear from him. So I wait until the end of the week and I text the first number that he called from asking if he had two numbers but didn't get a response, so I called. Then that number called me back to back but unfortunately I missed those calls. The same number called again later on in the day and sadly, I missed that too. So an hour later I called it and it kept ringing then again another hour later and it went to voice mail. I went out for dinner then on my drive back I tried one last time and a lady answered?! Not expecting that I asked to speak to him and she said that I had the wrong number. It was an older lady so now I was confused. Whose number is this and is this even a cell phone? Thanks to the wonderful internet (lol) I found out that the second number that he had called me from the night after he called at 1:45 am was actually his. So technically he did call me back the next day. But at this point I don't know what to do. It's been three weeks but I don't want him to think that I'm not interested since I technically missed his call but honestly how am I suppose to know that that was his number? And I also text the second number asking the same question, if he had two numbers and know response. I know it's confusing but what's your opinion on this?
