Haven’t heard back from him in 3 weeks? Should I text first?

Met via Hinge where I approached him first. We exchanged text messages and I took the initiative to ring him. Our conversation went perfect and lasted a long time. He also asked me out to a restaurant sometime in the coming two weeks. He mentioned he hates texting and is bad at it. However, it’s been three weeks since and he has not rang or texted after that, but he’s had the time to change his dating profile photo.
I did not want to text first as I rang him last. But should I just pop up casually or wait for him to get back to me if he ever does.

No, don't waste your time. If he has the time to change his dating profile picture? He can send a quick text to you saying hello... which takes WAY less effort than uploading a picture online!

In other words, he's not that interested. You can text if you want, but it won't lead anywhere. I would recommend you move on. Even though everything seemed perfect at first and he was responsive, he must have lost interest along the way.

No problem! Sorry it didn't work out; trust me, we've ALL been there before. Talking to someone and everything seemed perfect, then they disappear and treat you like they don't know you. I just wish they had the courtesy to at least tell you they're not interested anymore! Instead of wasting our times or giving us false hope.
